Green Bonus Extension

The measure - the so-called "green bonus" - which in Italy allows a 36% tax deduction for expenses incurred for the landscaping of private outdoor areas of existing buildings, including appurtenances, fences, irrigation systems, wells, green roofs and roof gardens, has been extended until 2024.

The total amount of expenses must not exceed 5 thousand euros per property unit and the deduction is for ten years.
